Yes, we will evaluate your computer at no charge, BUT we charge diagnosis fee in case of extensive diagnosis needed or when we have to disassemble your device to be able to diagnose it.

Do you offer expedited service?

Do I have to pay upfront for the service to be performed?

No, you’ll pay at the time when you pickup your computer from our store.

My Hard Drive has crashed, can you recover my Data?

Data may not be recoverable especially when the computer’s hard drive is physically damaged, but we have tools that can put the odds in your favor.

How much does your computer repair service cost?

That depends on the problem we find. Let our technicians do the diagnosis first and we’ll let you know.

How long will it take for you to fix my computer?

That depends on the problem and parts availability. Let us do the diagnosis first, then we’ll give you the time estimate of when your computer will be ready.

What is your warranty policy on your repairs?

We have a 30 day warranty policy on all repairs. We will cover labor and previously replaced parts but not any additional parts that may be necessary to complete the job.

What does “Satisfaction Guarantee” stands for?

We will always work with you to make sure you’re satisfied with our work. If you have service performed and are not happy with the results, we will work with you to complete the job to your satisfaction, guaranteed!
